Sign up, set up your company and send your first quote the same day. Here’s how it goes.

    Create your account with your email. Your free 30-day trial starts straight away.

    Set up your company

    Add your trade, logo, colours, bank details and VAT. It takes a few minutes.

  3. 3

    Make your first quote

    Type your notes or take a photo of your handwritten quote. Check the draft and change anything you like.

  4. 4

    Get it signed

    Send the link by WhatsApp or email. Your customer signs on their phone, and you get a signed copy.

What to have ready

The setup asks for a few details so your quotes look like yours. You can change any of them later in Settings.

  • Your tradePick one or more, so your quotes are set up for the work you do.
  • Company detailsYour business name, address, phone number and email.
  • Logo and coloursYour quotes, invoices and signing page carry your brand, not ours.
  • Bank detailsSo your customers know how to pay you.
  • VAT number, if you have oneThen choose 20% VAT or no VAT on each quote.

Then bring in your team

Invite staff from Settings with a short join link. Choose whether each person is Staff or Admin. Staff can add site visits, photos and notes. Admins see everything, including prices and invoices.
